  1. Return Eligibility: We offer a 5-day return policy on all our products, excluding customized curtains or fabrics cut to size. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If you received a damaged item, you need to raise a request within 24 hours of receiving it with a video recording of the unboxing/opening of the parcel. Kindly ensure that you create a detailed unboxing video of the product you received, capturing the packaging from all sides, in order to file any potential return claim with us. This video will be necessary for further investigation purposes.
  2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photos or a video of the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Return requests after the return period will be rejected.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any damage or loss incurred during the return transit, so ensure the product is properly packed before returning it.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  5. We only replace or returm items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  6. Color Variation Due to multiple factors: the colors of the actual product and the product image may vary. A slight variation in color shades does not qualify for a return. Return of different color items is only eligible if the color of the item is entirely different from the image on the product page (e.g., the item shown was green, and you received red).
  7. Return Approval and Rejection: We hold the rights to reject returns, refunds, or replace the item depending on your return request and return conditions fulfilled. Any other reason for returns might be rejected or approved depending on conditions fulfilled. If you request to return the product for any other reasons and if approved, return shipping charges will be charged.
