Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized orders and orders requiring additional processing may take longer to prepare for shipment. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

Shipping Rates

For domestic orders, we offer free shipping for orders above INR 499. Orders below INR 499 will be charged a shipping fee of INR ₹50-₹100. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, do NOT accept it at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement product or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

In the event that your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or, if necessary, send a replacement product or issue a part-refund.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
